The Process Overhaul, is an aviation consulting service that reviews: information gathered from technicians and managers, analyze the time taken to do tasks, show the cost involved in those tasks, compared with industry averages, all to bring to light the inefficiencies the organization is facing. We will look at all guidelines set up from the government so nothing proposed as a change has any legal issues. We, collectively with your organization, take the inefficient processes, and rework them to better facilitate the technicians needs and streamline their work loads. We also work with managers to coach them on more effective leadership techniques and communication skills. Doing this will ensure that an open and innovative management system will help limit issues not being addressed and taken care of in a timely fashion.
